Judge Hollis McGehee today issued the Scheduling Order for McDaniel v. Thad Cochran. Per Judge McGehee: “The trial of this case shall commence on Monday, September 15, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until completed… however, in no event shall the trial of this matter extend beyond Friday, October 3, 2014.”
